Not everybody can make it to our in-person insulation training courses. We understand. That’s why we offer online insulation training. Meet the Instructors
IDI has been a leader in the insulation industry for over 40 years. Our experience and expertise are most obvious when you get in contact with our staff.
Ken Allison
Ken Allison has been installing, developing, and selling building products since 1990. Ken is a Preferred Provider and trainer through the International Code Council and has his Building Analyst certification through BPI. As a trainer and business development manager for IDI, he helps contractors nationwide to decrease liability and increase profitability in high-performance structures. Ken helps teach our Three-Day National Insulation + Spray Foam Trainings as well as our Crawlspace Trainings.
Dane Malmberg
Dane Malmberg has over a decade of experience training contractors and suppliers on high performance vapor barriers and low-pressure polyurethane spray foam. Now Dane educates contractors nationwide on the best products and practices for encapsulating crawlspaces. Dane helps teach our Crawlspace courses.
TJ Miller
TJ Miller has over 14 years of experience in a range of positions in the SPF industry, preparing him for his current position as an instructor. He has a passion for sharing knowledge and diving in to provide hands-on help, making him one of the top trainers in the industry.
TJ helps teach our Three-Day National Insulation + Spray Foam Trainings.
Chris Fuerst
With over 20 years of experience with blown-in insulation and the manufacturing of equipment, Chris Fuerst has pretty much seen it all. Chris enjoys sharing his experience and helping contractors increase productivity and efficiency. A well-known proven resource in everything from business development to management principles to providing hands-on help.
Chris helps teach our Three-Day National Insulation + Spray Foam Trainings as well as our Crawlspace and Installer Trainings.
Joe Arrigo
Joe Arrigo has worked his way up from a piece rate batt insulation installer through estimating, sales and managing to eventually holding equity in the insulation business. Since selling his business, Joe has had a long history of helping other contractors identify operational efficiencies and industry best practices. Joe helps over 150 insulation contractor businesses every year and has spoken multiple times at the NAHB’s International Builders Show (IBS).
Joe helps teach our Three-Day National Insulation + Spray Foam Trainings as well as our Installer Trainings.
